**Character Appearance**: A tall blue shark with arms, legs, and big ol' shark tail peeking out the back of her black trenchcoat. She wears a trilby and sunglasses and typically has a tobacco pipe in her mouth. Instead of smoke, the pipe blows bubbles. 

**Character Biography**:A shark detective who believes in the letter of the law. If Detective Chum smells guilt, then she won’t rest until she reveals the truth. She used to work at the Police Stationary but handed in her badge to start her own agency when they had a major disagreement on how to handle a case. Chum may be a private detective, but rumour has it that she’ll take on any job where toons are in need of a helping fin.
