Conor the Campo	Any	Is this actually an NPC or a wiki gag? FOIP.
Thyme Keeper	Xie/Xir	This horrendous hare, the terror of the train tracks, is delivering dastardly deeds on a sinister schedule. Xie might not be a primary antagonist, but xir callous, arbitrary villainy really makes you worry for the Writers.

If you were a cartoon, what kind of character would you be?
The one that speaks in sparse grunts and brief nonsense words which are still fully intelligible to everyone else.

Penny Graphodil	She/Her	The magnificent Mayor of Pencilvania, who compassionately listens to the queries and thoughts of every resident or visitor who decides to stop by the Town Hall. She is also an elephant. An elephant you might not be able to see, but an elephant nonetheless, we assure you.
Tocks Ick	He/It	It came from the molasses…and it's also here to bring immense amounts of joy and delight serving as Dr. Nocks' personal assistant! A clown decked out in a heavy assortment of candy, he doesn't seem to have a single thought floating within that head of his. Or at least, it certainly seems that way to everyone except Nocks herself.
Sweet-Tooth Jane	She/Her	A boisterous crocodile pirate with a penchant for anything shiny. Also anything that moves. How about both? Let's go with both. Both is good.

~~Masked man~~. Probably just a little guy who is here to make a lot of noise and chat a lot about its current lore developments to anyone who'll listen. Your favourite side character.

Alfredo Fettuccine	He/Any	Owner and suave Front of House manager at the pizzeria affectionately known as 'Freddy's'. A wine-red fire head sits atop a human body clad in an all-black suit.
Gracie Gazelle	She/Her	Humanoid gazelle and suburban mother hailing from the Bed O'Leaves. However, she probably won't be there, she'll be out working.

The trashiest PG-rated edgelord anime protagonist imaginable - so edgy they loop around to unintentional parody.

Moony	She/Her	A very angry-looking cat who spends all day lazing about the Frowntain.
Love-Bomb	They/She	A continuously ticking bomb with a heart-shaped mouth. They're always greeting new customers at Tails with a beaming smile on their face. Just don't make her too excited though – you might find that the rope attached to her head will dwindle away even faster…
Mr Rock	He/They	A slightly taller, strong man with a rock for a head. Co-owns Heads with Mr Scissors.

Dr. Nocks Shus	She/Her	The GREATEST scientist to have ever lived! A human with sleek hair and dressed in a trendy goth-like labcoat, she's always interested in a bit of science. Perhaps a bit too interested…
Ray	She/They	A scoundrel raccoon who just doesn't know what the whole deal is. Everyone is always under the impression that she's going to steal something! What if all they're doing is just… I don't know, looking?

Mr Scissors	He/Her	A short, thin man with a pair of scissors for a head. Co-owns Heads with Mr Rock.
Phaeta	They/Them	What seems to be a rat in a grim reaper's costume can been seen around the Mouseoleum just before or after a Curtain Call.

Dr Boo-Boo	He/They	Whatever ails you, Dr Boo-Boo is here to help. That is, if you're not too scared to approach this ghostly doctor!
Ricky the Rat	He/They	A bartender at the Snake's Eyes, always up for bartering. Be careful, though; try not to point out his round ears and small stature…
