Character Appearance: Scribs is a rough, two-dimensional pencil sketch that is vaguely humanoid. Only his outline is visible, leaving his insides transparent. He has something sticking out of his head, but his sketch is too messy for it to actually be clear what it is.

Character Biography: Scribs (or Sir Scribs, as he insists on being called) is a relatively new addition to Pencilvania. He's made a reputation for himself as the under-animated sketch running around town, causing chaos, and asking other characters how they got their color, neat line art, or polished plotlines. You know, out of curiosity.
